They source fruit from 32 different countries around the world and work with some of the leading global producers. Worldwide are engaged in 3 long term Technical Strategy Board projects focusing on reducing waste through the implementation of precision based orchard management technologies and reducing the need for insecticides by increasing populations of predators in the orchards.The Pear Sucker is a pest that affects many orchards and can have catastrophic effects on crop quality. We are looking to control Pear Suckers without the use of insecticides.
